Cancer Drug

Biomolecular Pharma’s cancer drugs have been developed from Dr. Tucker’s pilot study approved by the FDA of 10 ( ten ) brain tumor patients. All the patients were comatose on entry to the protocol, All except one had been pre-treated with X-ray therapy and chemotherapy. Eight out ten were alert at two weeks. The 9th patient had a brain stem astrocytoma and died at 2 weeks. The 10th patient did not wake up after the first course of therapy so was not continued; however, he did survive for 6 month.

The patients had scans done before and at three (3) months. The chemo was given every

Six weeks. A glioblastoma patient with massive bilateral frontal and left parietal tumor had the scan read as normal at three months. Scans for patients with an astrocytoma and one for an adenocarcinoma of the lung matastatic to brain with multiple lesions were read as normal. There was no scar tissue found after treatment and no seizures occurred. Brain tumors expand in the brain between the brain cells. The neurologic symptoms arise from the tumor cells migrating intra-cellularly from the main tumor mass causing the inflammatory reaction with edema. Neurologic recovery was observed soon after the patients regained consciousness.

These drugs are in a totally new category of chemotherapeutic agents. The drugs react throughout the cell cycle including G-o. The mechanism of action of this group of cancer drugs is known. The tumor cells disintegrate and do not turn into scar tissue.
